SMS Terms of Service

Hair Extension Room sends text messages to clients who ask us to. Messages include consultation replies, pricing and photo reviews, appointment confirmations and reminders, maintenance reminders, and answers to questions you send us.

You agree to receive text messages when you:

• Send a text to 585.466.4448 from your mobile phone
• Provide your phone number on our consultation or booking form and submit it
• Tap a "text your details to us" link and send the message from your phone

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can book and receive services without agreeing to text messages.

Message frequency varies with your consultation and appointment activity. You may receive several messages while we arrange your service, then occasional reminders afterward. We do not send bulk marketing blasts to this list.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are set by your mobile carrier and depend on your plan. Hair Extension Room does not charge you for these messages.

Reply STOP to any message from us to end text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. To start again, reply START or send us a new text.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network, and messages may arrive out of order or not at all.

We collect your name, phone number and the details you share with us in order to reply and to arrange your service. We do not sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is used and protected.

You must be 18 or older, and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, to receive these messages.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
